The fourth and last Open Day at the Fine Chemicals site in Aprilia, Italy, ended last week: the students from technical institutes in Aprilia, Latina and Pomezia visit the manufacturing plant of Angelini.

On October 15, 22, 29 and on November 7, Fine Chemicals opened the doors to the senior classes of IIS Rosselli, Largo Brodolini, Galilei Sani and San Benedetto, four secundary school of the area.
The young guests visited the plant in Aprilia during the Open Days, organized by Fine Chemicals to stimulate the interest in medicinal chemistry and celebrate the Centenary of Angelini Group also with the new generations.
The four events started with an emotional video presentation of Angelini 100, then followed by a quick briefing on the safety measures to be observed during the visit. Then, students and teachers visited the A and B Synthesis departments, the Quality Control laboratories and the Manufacturing Warehouse, being able to observe closely the machinery described in the current educational programmes.
At the end of the guided tour, the guests were enthusiastic about the experience, and satisfied all their curiosity with many questions.
